WARNING: What you are about to see may be fatal to anyone allergic to cuteness. Colin Trevorrow, director of 2015’s Jurassic World and co-writer of next summer’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, shared on his twitter account six full seconds of giggle-inducing preciousness. In the clip we see Chris Pratt’s character Owen Grady as he reaches for a baby dino, cuter than anything in the world, Jurassic or not.

If that doesn’t make your Thanksgiving week then you need help. The film is set to be released June 22nd of next year, but we know very little about the film itself. J.A. Bayona (A Monster Calls, The Orphanage)is directing the film, with Pratt’s Owen and Bryce Dallas Howard’s Claire Dearing returning. Everyone is excited to see those two back on the screen together (hopefully she packs some sneakers this time around), but the big news is that Jeff Goldblum is back playing our favorite chaotician, Ian Malcolm.
If this tweet from Tevorrow is any indication, the Jurassic Crew has not yet learned that treating dinosaurs like house pets is maybe not the best idea. They continue to get cuddly with the ferocious beasts even though they have had four films worth of evidence to the contrary. Their loss is our gain, as I cannot wait to see some more Dino-Carnage next summer!
Nightmare on Film Street is a proud supporter of Dinosaur Shenanigans, so we will be all over the release of this film. Check back with us and we will update you all with any information about the film as it becomes available. Join our Facebook Group and let us know what you think!
