They say it is better to give than it is to receive, and that may be true, but right now it feels very, very good to have received not only 1 but 2 sneak peaks at the upcoming installments of The Chilling Adventure’s of Sabrina. Have you had a chance to see the first season yet? Our very own Caitlin Marceau called the series “a dark, modern, take on the traditionally lighthearted series [that] does a fantastic job of showing the balance between good and evil, but not by pitting the humans against the witches. Instead, the show asks each character to challenge their beliefs, and make choices which challenge their moral compass.” Read her full review HERE.

Just in time for Christmas The Winter Solstice, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: A Midwinter’s Tale is set to drop on December 14th. If you’re unfamiliar, the winter solstice marks the shortest day of the year and the beginning of a long, cold winter. Boasting the longest stretch of darkness in a calendar year, The Winter Solstice is the pinnacle for subscribers of the dark arts, and an absolutely perfect setting for a witchy, wintry tale.

Official Synopsis:

In Greendale, the Holidays can be such a witch. Séances, evil Santas, spellcasting, and of course, Sabrina. Join the Spellmans, Sabrina’s mortal besties, and the Church of Night for a solstice celebration in A Midwinter’s Tale, premiering December 14 only on Netflix.

And! If that wasn’t enough, Netflix also dropped a teaser trailer for the upcoming second season of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, dubbed Part 2. It was a long year leading up to Part 1 with months of teasers and speculation but now, only a few short weeks after it’s premiere, we need only wait until April 5, 2019. Based on the teaser trailer below, fans can expect more black humor, additional dark arts, possible werewolves, and (fingers crossed) a talking cat. Until then, Part 1 is available in binge-ready right now, with a Holiday special just just around the corner!
