Watch the New Trailer for MICHAEL JACKSON’S HALLOWEEN!

The King of Pop has been associated with Halloween ever since Thriller was released – and we’ll never look at zombies the same way again. Now, the new trailer for Michael Jackson’s Halloween, an animated special featuring the pop icon’s hits, has just been released!

The hour-long special was first announced in July via Twitter, and tells the story of two millennials who meet each other on Halloween night and find their way to what they will later find out is the This Place Hotel. The official synopsis reads:

Millennials Vincent (Lucas Till) and Victoria (Kiersey Clemons) meet “accidentally” on Halloween night and find themselves, along with Ichabod the dog, at a mysterious hotel located at 777 Jackson Street called This Place Hotel. Once inside, Vincent and Victoria are sent on an unexpected, magical adventure of personal discovery, culminating in a spectacular dance finale featuring an animated Michael Jackson.

Michael Jackson’s Halloween will premiere on CBS, Friday, October 27th at 8 pm.

The special will feature the voice talents of Jim Parsons, Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming, Brad Garrett, George Eads, Lucas Till, Lucy Liu, and Kiersey Clemons. They will play a variety of whimsical Halloween characters, such as a scarecrow with a pumpkin head, a witch, and lots more!

The animated special will follow the release of a new Michael Jackson album, Scream, which is now available. The album is a collection of “Halloween-themed” songs, including Thriller (obviously), Dirty Diana, This Place Hotel, Scream, and ten more of Jackson’s hits.

Michael Jackson’s Halloween will premiere on CBS, Friday, October 27th at 8 pm.
