Official SAW Escape-Room Experience to Open in Las Vegas

“Do you want to play a game?” Now you really can!

An official Saw-themed escape room experience is slated for its grand opening in Las Vegas, NV January 26th. Brought to you from the creators of the well-known Fright Dome at Circus Circus, the attraction’s main website explains what to expect:

The Official SAW Escape is an immersive, multi-room (progressive) escape experience that brings to life twisted games inspired by the blockbuster SAW film franchise. Guests enter the historic Egan & Co. Meat Packing plant for an after hours tour, only to find they are players in an elaborate game devised by the infamous Jigsaw killer and his disciples.

By working together to combat their fears, venture far out of their comfort zones, and solve intricate puzzles, guests will have the opportunity to win their freedom as they traverse the twists and turns of an entire factory of Jigsaw’s games – one of the largest escape experiences in the world.

The grand opening coincidentally(?) comes 3 days after the latest film in the series, Jigsaw, releases on DVD/BluRay. To date, the film has grossed over $100,000,000 worldwide. With a production budget of $10 million, Jigsaw was a success for Lionsgate and proved that interest still remains in the long-tenured horror series. Escape room attractions have seen a steady incline in popularity, so it was only a matter of time before the Saw franchise received an official tie-in.
